I have recently bought a solitaire diamond engagement ring from whiteflash, which was a complete success! The consultant who helped me through the whole process was Traci.
Since I am not living in the U.S., I was quite nervous in the beginning. Traci was patient and professional, never pushy in her approach, which eased my nerves gradually. Since we were travelling to Los Angeless, I decided to make the purchase and pick up the ring on the day we arrived. There was a lot of organising and co-ordinating on Traci's part, and I was anxious, praying that nothing would go wrong, and nothing did. When I picked up the ring from Fedex depot, I put it on my finger straight away, admiring it constantly, it was the most sparkly diamond I've ever seen.
After checking in to the hotel, we wandered to Rodeo Drive to see the most famous shopping street in LA. I went into two jewellry shops to have a diamond checked out, both of them said it was not the diamond on the GIA certificate which came with the diamond. I was shocked, and called Whiteflash about the issue. It was the weekend, Debi, the person who answered the phone assured me that such situation had never happened during the 12 years they are in business, and I should have nothing to worry about if there was a problem, they would take care of everything. She then followed up with an email, assuring me that their operation manager will be in touch with me.
Early on Monday morning, Vera called, she assured me again, with 100% confidence that there was no problem with my purchase, due to their very stringent procedure and security control, and recommended me to go to an independent jewellry appraiser to have the ring appraised. We went to two very reputable appraisers and guess what? The diamond was perfect, exactly the one on the GIA certificate.
I am so glad that I bought my ring from Whiteflash, and thank you Traci, Debi and Vera for helping me all the way.
