Any opinions on Whiteflash, good or bad would be appreciated. I''m thinking about dropping a ton of cash over there and would like to feel fuzzy about it.
I''ve had a good experience with getting my e-ring and wedding band through Whiteflash. They have superb quality diamonds there and I''m sure you''ll be thrilled with the product. Make sure to ask for the Pricescope discount!
I am currently working on my 4th purchase from them. If they did not have a wonderful diamond selection and excellent (and knowledgeable) staff, I would have gone elsewhere for the other three purchases. I think you will do very well selecting a diamond and setting from them.

So far it has been a very good experience. I worked with Bob Hoskins (very well recommended around here). I was down to two stones, both from Whiteflash. So he got both of them out, compared the two, told me what they looked like and which one he would choose and why. Very helpful in making the decision (even though I did not end up choosing the one he suggested).
I feel really good about the whole experience and the diamond that I chose. I think that may be the most important thing.
The are calling in an asscher for us today and they have been wonderful! We have done pretty much everything by phone and have gotten better service than other places we looked at.
I just picked up my engagement ring yesterday, and I must say WF is the greatest. They never left me with questions, and ran a search for my diamond shape and specifications every Wednesday. I bought the stone last Wednesday, my setting was shipped in and received late Thursday, and the completed ring was overnighted here in California on Monday. Not bad, in my opinion. And te ring is stunning, too!
Adding my 2 bits.....I am working with Bob as well. He answered my initial email extremely quick and is always very friendly and prompt. I have every confidence that what I am getting will far exceed my expectations. I feel they are super professional, and as a business owner myself, appreciate the customer service they have provided so far. If my ring gets shipped Monday on schedule, then the whole process took 2 weeks from initial contact. Did I mention how excited I am??????

Go for it!! Whiteflash ACA stones are top-shelf. I felt hesitant at first, but we ended up dropping 30K for my dream come true: 2.16ct. G,VS2, in plat. solitaire setting, and a channel set 9 ACA, 27tcw. band. Rings were for 20th anniversary/retirement gift. Sweet.
Whiteflash folks have proven themselves to be straight shooters, and professional; I will be a repeat customer.
Hubby and I are based in Saudi Arabia, but John and Lesley at Whiteflash worked with us to make our engagement ring and wedding band dream come true. They were excellent and the quality of work and diamonds exceptional, confirmed by two appraisers we used while on vacation in the States. You won''t be disappointed. Without a doubt they surpassed our expectations.
Ive already dropped 11.5K on them and Im fixing to drop another $2500 to 3K... If they and thier work and craftsman ship werent worth it, I would have spent the money on a boat and a 50 inch plasma screen tv !!!!
I just want to say that I emailed WF regarding some platinum earrings (only $200) and Renee emailed me back within the hour a few weeks ago and was VERY helpful. For a minor purchase, she answered all of my questions and was very considerate of my needs. I have never read anything negative on this forum about WF and would buy from them in a heartbeat. If they take that much time and trouble over their customers (and I was a first-time possible buyer), I have to say go for it on any diamond purchase.
I''m also internationally based and bought a 10 stone (2 pointers) platinum ring in 2004 and have just paid for a solitaire necklace. I''m also dealing with Bob who has been great on both ocassions.
I wanted a martini set stone, but they tried it out and recommended something that won''t tip (same looks but better design) - how''s that for customer service?

In the interest of fairness we are human and miscues happen, as they do with any business (it needs to be said). But even if something doesn''t run as perfectly as we''d like it to, we work our hardest to leave each customer satisfied.
Okay, I''m also late, but more kudos to WF. I just ordered a pair of ES 3-prong martini earrings from them and can''t wait until I get them next week! The service was great, and Jamie was extremely patient and helpful with me, since I had a bunch of questions about the inclusions and the size.
My experience with Whiteflash was super as were their many fans who post here. I am sure every now and then, someone has a dissatisfied customer but Whiteflash is very responsive and reliable.
I dropped a bundle of cash with them (4.10 carat stone) and I am very pleased. They are the easiest, nicest people to work with and John Qixote closely monitors this board and responds instantly to even the hint of dissatisfaction.They have an excellent reputation here because they have earned it.
Kudos also to Lesley who found my stone after a long search and Brian who spoke to me in great detail about the stone and setting before I paid.
from the first contact with WF my diamond buying experience was top notch. It was a very easy and relaxing time. I have to say that Denise was fabulous. GL
You may indeed feel fuzzy about this company. Renee is a sweetie pie, and the rest of the crew are simply as top shelf as their ACAs. I will continue to do bidnez with them as long as I need sparklies. (bidnez= business with the fuzzies)
