I figured I'd post over here in Colored Stones since you guys would know best who might be able to source some stones and/or do a project for me.

My wedding set is from Shane Co. (I know I know) but I LOVED their ice blue sapphires. Here are some shots that are pretty true to the color in real life:

I would like to get an anniversary band and rather than get one with diamonds, I've been kicking around the idea of getting a sapphire one instead, BUT, I would want them to match my side stones.

Easy design would be something like this:

But this sure is pretty too:

Any recommendations on who might be able to do this for me? I can find tons of sapphire anniversary bands but none with that light blue color. Thanks, I appreciate it!

Being a noob, I cannot help you with your search, but I would like to say your ring is beautiful! I love the colour of those sapphires and hope you can find a matching band. It will look terrific!

... quick google image search ... found one!

In this PS thread, scroll down a bit, Agent P has a nice light blue sapphire and diamond band:

Unfortunately it does not say where it came from.

JaneSmith, good find on that first one!! Bookmarked it :) I might contact them to see if they have any real pictures so I can compare the colors. Thank you!

You're welcome. Happy to help. :))

Such a pretty set and a nice idea. You may want to look at rare earth etsy shop when they return from vacation...sep 25 or 26. I think he makes some Lovely anniversary bands.

Daniel M could do that easily. I would make sure and work with someone who can source the color of stones that you want - I did that with them and told them to get the most vibrant sapphires they could, and they did. I don't trust catalog pictures from big companies anymore....
