Who wants to help me find the Bluest Sapphire E-Ring?

The most highly desired blue sapphire (Kashmir blue) is slightly violetish blue. You are aiming for perfection but unfortunately, your budget falls much too low for it. To open up your options, I would relax the shape to include ovals. I agree that the first sapphire has a slight purple modifier. Secondly, most sapphires shift and you must take this into consideration as well.

Chrono I really appreciate your help.

I can't remember if I mentioned it but I will say again that I am not opposed to ovals at all. I would almost prefer an oval stone now but one that is closer to round. Something like 8x7 would be pretty ideal or 10x9 :))

I am starting to understand that the Kashmir comes with the violet influence i guess.

We will see what I can come across.

Thanks again!!

Sorry if you already know this but a "roval" is a non calibrated size and requires a custom head mount. I'll keep an eye out to see what's out there. I would not discount stones from overseas vendors if reputable with a great return policy as that is at least 50% of your option right there, even if you have to pay your local GST tax.

Chrono, I did not know there was such thing. Thank you for the information. The setting that I was looking at was being sized according to the size stone that I end up with so I don't see it being a problem. I could be wrong but I guess I will cross that bridge when I get there.

Thanks for the heads up though.
