No but you can ask Pearlmans if they'll price match. I'd do that first before trying an uncharted vendor.

Never heard of the vendor. The setting is very pretty! What puzzled me is that in the text description, it says it also comes in PT but it is not in the price pull down box, nor material options section.

Here is the text of the return policy:
•If you're not happy with your purchase for any stock items for any reason, you can send it back within 20 days and exchange it for an item of equal or greater value. All sales are final on special order merchandise. All designer products are considered "Special order".

Looks like there is absolutely no return or refunds for the Bev. K items. Not even an exchange.

Very few vendors are going to accept a return on a special order designer ring. So that is not unusual. Years ago that vendor also carried BK jewelry besides rings, and I did correspond with her about something I was considering getting. But I ended up not doing it.

I really love Pearlman's and they usually give a discount to PS members. So I would try them first.

Thank you; I did not know that it is considered a special order designer ring with other vendors as well. Why is it considered a special order designer ring?

Because when they carry Tacori, or BK, or any other designer brand, they just have sample rings in their case. The customer places an order for the ring to be made in their size and with a head that fits a specific size stone. So once you do that, you usually can't return it (unless the ring is flawed or something like that). It would be the same as anything else ordered custom...draperies, a suit, etc.

I understand now - it is very much a custom made piece, even though it is mass produced by the designer.

Maybe 20%, but I would 100% trust sending a diamond or gemstone to Pearlman's to order a setting for me. Good Old Gold carries BK, too.
