Why can''t I get a consistent brow wax?!

I didn't realize you live there..in Australia. So...if $35AUD is equivelent to $20 US, that translates to about $28 for me (Canadian)...still pricey..but I think you get a tint with that too? I've never done that..so maybe it isn't that much for both services (waxing..tinting)?? Post a pic for us..I'm sure they look fine. Besides, I want to see if you actually resemble what I envision you to look like, in my head!

Yep, I get tint too..

Found it..the pic. You look much different than I imagined...and your eyebrows look fine (in those pics). I like your hair longer (engagement pics?) I''m sure your brows look great, you''re just being too hard on yourself!

I''ve had problems in the past getting my eyebrows done-one girl had the wax too hot and I walked around with big red eyebrows for the best part of two weeks as it burnt me so much!
I''ve been going to a new place for the past 2 years and they are fab. I always have different girls but they all seem to do a great job and so far, no mistakes have been made. If you ever come over here, I''ll give you their email!

Oh no Bee! I despise it when they burn you...the last time I got my underarms done the woman also burned me..I don't think I'm having much luck lately!

Ok, so for those that asked I am *tentatively* posting a pic - pls excuse me, this was taken after work hence I look pretty tired , no makeup etc..

(maybe look fed-up?, lol

I know some of you may want to say they're not that bad - but they were so much better before..I promise, I'm not just being dramatic!

Any pencil whizzes out there? Seeing as she took too much off the top and that inside bit closest to the nose - is that something I could fill in with pencil, or will it look silly..?
Also, I never use it - any reliable suggestions for a nice brand of pencil (mid range price point)? And do I get the same colour as my hair, or lighter?..

The best pencil I have ever used for my eyebrows is from the $2 bin at the chemist - you know those cheapy lipstick/eyeshadow/pencil stands they have - dark brown is what I use, they are seriously GREAT .

I also use maybeline eyebrow gel in dark brown also good, just takes a little getting used to.

Just apply sparingly feather it on don''t draw it on and then spray some hairspray on your finger and then smooth it on your eyebrow (or on a toothbrush) it helps set it.


You will notice if you draw it in the front but it might make it look weird, est way is to experiment at night and see what it looks like it might look better and make you feel better.

Your eyebrows aren''t that bad, but I can see what your talking about and they aren''t the most symmetrical however I had to stare at your pic for a fair while to pick that up so it is not UBER noticeable, AJ you also have really beautiful eyes

The gel thing makes them darker and hence makes them look thicker, it might not be right for you case in which case I would use the pencil.

I honestly don''t like Napoleon makeup all that much, personally I think it is cheap make-up packaged to look expensive however their barely blushing cheek jam is worth every cent, it is the stuff Carrie used in SATC, that stuff is DIVINE.
