Thanks RisingSun, YES it is a peg head. I loved the look of Mara''s 6 prong modified solstice head, and J''Crow''s ring. I never dreamed I would love my ring even MORE than theirs. (Since the pics of their rings is TO DIE FOR, and had me drooling!) I love how it has it''s own uniqueness, the cathedral paired with the solstice head. It looks FABULOUS in person, and I wish I could get a good picture of it. It''s a whole different look, just by changing the head..amazing!!

Thanks Vespergirl, I still can''t get over how much LARGER the diamond looks, from ALL angles now! I can''t believe that I had to wear the ring for almost a year in that 4 prong setting. I know now, if anyone asks how to maximize your diamond''s appearance, I would definitely say in a 6 prong Stuller solstice head...WOW..it pops now! I am going to try to take better pics tomorrow.

Congrats Beau! It really has been a year too. I''m glad you''re so happy with your new setting. I bet I wouldn''t have wanted to change settings so soon if I''d picked a 6 prong like yours. It''s beautiful! I''m not a solitaire person, but I love the detail of the head, I think it''s nicer than most all of the tiffany replicas.

Thanks Lyra, I love it more than any tiffany replica I''ve seen. Not that I was going for a tiffany replica..I just wanted a more cuplike head, that would really compliment the round stone better. I couldn''t be happier with how it turned out!
