Looking for a mined OEC or checkboard transitional with a spread somewhere between 4.25-5mm.
Must not be dead in the middle-or cloudy-looking for fire-am not color sensitive, but am not looking for any obvious light yellows/capes. Stone needs to look good bezeled. 4.25-4.5 is the sweetspot, but can go down or up in size can be set or loose.

Thank You

What's your budget?

Not retail certed prices is all I know so far. I looked at OWD site. I can't afford them.
I did put an inquiry in with mydiamondzone on ebay which I think is ivy & rose to see if they had anything & what their prices might be & told them I do not need a cert.

This little stone was not part of my plan nor my budget & just decided early this morning to look & see what is available because I really feel his stone is looking sad.
I have no idea what ball park I should even be looking in price wise.

Any suggestions for a price range are greatly appreciated. I was on the 'hot-dog budget to begin with. You ladies do this stuff all the time, so am follwing the lead of those before me, just trying to get it right!

Currently looking through old jewelry on ebay to get an idea on prices to see if I can buy an old ring or piece of jewelry & pop out the stone.

Thanks. Yikes-Blue Nile is definitely out of my budget, especially for such a tiny stone. Is that pic a stock pic? just doesn't look like an OEC or transitional to me.

Best prices retail I have seen so far for retail for the cut I want is ivy & rose/mydiamondzone

I'm looking for uncerted stone, what I am looking for is just too small to need it.
Someone somewhere has some old ring I can pop the stone out of, or a straggler earring...or a lose stone looking for a home-that's the kind of budget I have.

This looks transitional to my eyes despite the listing, maybe this could work for you:

@catia If you would give us your budget then people would be able to eliminate stones that exceed it. I think that's the best way to approach this. Also, that would let a PS'er who might have a stone know whether they would let it go for that amount.

That facet pattern is perfection.
