Yay...my new 1.5 cttw custom four-prong martini studs from Quest

Hey, everyone! I just couldn''t wait to share with you guys...I just picked up my new studs from Quest. They are 1.5 cttw, H, SI1-2. I loved the look of the martini setting, but just couldn''t get used to the idea of only three prongs...I love the four-prong look...so I had them make a four-prong martini setting in platinum. The diamonds aren''t certified, but they are so sparkly! They were nice enough to bring in several pairs of certified ideal cuts, but these looked just a good, if not better than some of them. And I couldn''t be happier with them! The four-prong martini should become a standard thing, I think. I just LOVE them! I am so excited. And FI has a holiday party tomorrow night that I get to wear them to! (I spent all day finding a dress and wrap for the party...but I didn''t need to worry about jewelry!)

I hope you guys enjoy the pics, the sun wouldn''t come out, so no sparkle shots yet. But I promise I''ll get some sparkle shots and ear shots soon!

Wow...they look just fabulous, FF!!

I''m a huge fan of uncerted, non H&A, lower clarity stones for ears. I''ve always said if well chosen, they can be incredible...and yours certainly prove my point!

Gosh, they DO look really good FF! And I am with you on the 4 prong..I just like 4 better than 3. I''ve really wondered why in the world no one was making 4 prong martini settings! You have me thinking about this uncertified stud idea. I hadn''t considered that, but I guess it helped that you could see the stones in person.

4-prong Martini earrings have been around for a while.. i saw them at local jewelers last Christmas, but for some reason, they weren''t as popular as the 3 prong. I personally prefer 4 prongs as well!

Your new studs are just gorgeous! I have H SI2 uncertified studs as well. Now I still prefer the three prong martinis, but I have to say that yours look fabulous!!!

Thanks, everyone! I will work on some ear shots and sparkle shots today. The temperature dropped from 75 to 40 in one night (yuck), but the sun did come out today!
