I have this on layaway for my upcoming birthday. Center is 1/4 carat and the rest are 10 pointers. Diamonds are graded as E VS2. I have been looking for s cluster and thought this one would give great finger coverage

I thought he lost his mind..but he said I had a rough year and he knows I love bling..so...I can buy another diamond ring...I won’t give up Libby. She’s perfect in my eyes right now. I’ve been loving asschers...but I’m also considering getting a mrb ACA from Whiteflash made into a soli....I would have to sell my gorgeous AVR moissanite. Is it weird to have two round diamonds? If I get the asscher then I wouldn’t be able to trade up or in... Opinions?

I cannot remember if I shared this here but today I am expecting a bling purchase. Sort of impulse sort of not. How so you ask? Well, I saw this on IG when it was posted a few weeks back and thought oh what a dreamy pair of earrings. But then I put it out of my mind because our expenses for 2019 were through the roof due to cat health issues (oh wish we had health insurance for the cats though not sure they would have covered all of it any part of the astronomical expenses would have helped) and a few human health issues not covered by insurance. So let's just say we spent too much for 2019 as it was. But then for some reason last week those earrings popped into my head and I contacted the seller and BAM I impulsively pulled the bling trigger. Oy and Vey. And hopefully they are arriving tonight woohoo!

Here is my (sort of) impulse purchase and one I didn't realize I *was* considering til I went ahead and bought them lol. So I guess it does fit into this thread. Here is the vendor photo. I will share my own photos when the earrings arrive.

You are so sweet @missy! My hubby is still having a rough time with not being able to breathe which makes him panicky. He looks so pathetic..I’m not loving his doctor. We put a call in to him yesterday asking for a short acting something that can be taken on a needed basis in addition to the antidepressant he just started yesterday. The antidepressant won’t kick in for a month or so.. The doctor talks to us like we are two year olds. I’m not good with that. My doctor listens to me and we decide together how to solve something...The main thing is his nose..He can’t breathe, won’t use nasal spray because he was addicted to that a long time ago...He‘s afraid of using it again...I told him he could squirt it in and I would keep it for him and refuse to give it to him if I think he shouldn’t use it..but he said no. I want him to see an ENT..but getting him to agree to anything is a challenge. In the meantime I have a lot else going on with the other members of the tribe..sheesh....Haha Much love to you! xxxooo

How abut eating something very spicy if he can handle it?

You are right. You and the physician are a team working together. That is ideally how it should be.

OK so this is not my area of expertise @Mamabean but how about Xanax (Alprazolam) to help quell your dh's anxiety till the longer term meds kick in? Or Klonopin (clonazepam)? Though perhaps getting a handle on the breathing would make all the difference for your dh.

And I do not like that the doctor is condescending and talks down to you. Not cool. Did you guys try the Nettie pot for your dh's congestion? How abut eating something very spicy if he can handle it? @missy The challenge is that his nose isn’t blocked from stuff..can’t say the word..yuck..It’s just swollen up there...I suggested eating spicy food...That fell flat because he said there’s nothing up there to flush out. His nose is actually red on the outside which makes me think he has an infection but he said there’s nothing in there to be infected..I‘m hoping he wakes up with a clear nose. He’s still sleeping poor guy..

Oh your poor DH. I am with you. He needs an ENT. Too bad you don't live in the Chicago area. My BIL is an ENT and he is very skilled at what he does. I hope you can convince your dh to go see the specialist. (((Hugs))).
