I had tea at the new Fortnum’s bar at the Royal Exchange. Perfect location - with Boodles to my right and Tiffany’s straight ahead!

Yes, you asked for one, so I did! BTW I have lots of emerald pics
I didn’t see many Zambian ones at the shopsI visited. There seemed to be a clear preference for Colombian emeralds — but mine is just a small sample of the numerous stores here. Most of the stores I visited were at Hatton Garden, Bond Street and the Burlington, Royal and Piccadilly arcades, and Central and West London.

@Crimson I made egg finger sandwiches today and had it with tea and also slices of orange chiffon cake. This was all after seeing your photos. We had to go to the beach so there was no time for scones!
