Sapphire recut

I was searching for a pad sapphire and found a couple candidates. I would like to have someone evaluate the stone and see if it can be recut. A precision cutter told me that it looked possible with 15% weight loss but he doesn't recut outside stones. What cutters take in outside stones and recut to correct the pavilion facets?

I've used Boyd Fox and Denton Anderson. Boyd cuts to save as much weight as possible, but is less precise (in my experience) than Denton. Denton plans each and every facet with mathematic exactitude. Maybe you can reach out to both and see which might be a better fit for this project. Good luck!

I have used a few different lapidaries to recut stones for me. Where are the stones?
