So excited to see this thread unfold! I only have one blue sapphire that is currently in a temp setting. New setting is coming soon - just saving more $!

The color darkened and almost dulled in a bezel....

What a serendipitous thread as I literally just purchased a new 2ct blue sapphire today!

As far as classic blue natural sapphires go here are my two unheated/untreated babies!

One set in 18k yg simple evil eye ring & the one unset that I just purchased! I'm so in love <3

Folks, I'm thrilled this beautiful blue sapphire that just arrived today from Switzerland! I bought it preloved from the lovely @737lizakg and she even threw in a Swiss dark chocolate bar!

The blue sapphire is from Finewater Gems and the setting is Hearts on Fire Queen Anne setting.
And I feel like a queen wearing it! My husband is giving it to me for Valentine's. I get to enjoy for a day or two and then it goes away til Valentine's.
I'm loving all of these gorgeous blue sapphires on this thread!
