I love all your brooches but especially that dragonfly! It's so gorgeous. Your pink sapphire brooch is so similar to my pink sapphire one. They could be sisters!

Oh wow they really could be! I didn’t realise how many insects I had accumulated. I might have to move onto florals!

Resurrecting this thread to add my growing brooch collection. I’m becoming a little obsessed!
This is my latest pink sapphires and diamonds - inspired by van cleef - but wings slightly different and rather a lot bigger. To match my pink and orange sapphire pave earrings.
This is an unspecified insect of some sort designed by me - unheated lilac and violet sapphires, demantoid garnet and diamonds in white gold. I wanted this to be a nod to the suffrage jewellery.
This my little gold fly - vintage. It goes with everything.
This I bought earlier this year - vintage and I adore it. Emerald diamond and white gold.
These are my darling bees. Mexican fire Opal gold and diamonds with black enamel stripes. There is a mummy bee as well - I have three.
I have a few costume pieces as well which I wear very often.
The collection will definitely grow!

Bought this antique 14k brooch for my daughter's Christmas present. Think it's so sweet. Sorry for the horrible image and lighting. The tiny diamond is a sparkler.
This is fabulous! Are the flowers enamel? It’s such a wearable piece. I’m sure she will love it.

Yes, the white and blue flowers are enamel. It has a pin closure and a loop so it can be worn as a pendant too. I foresee her wearing it on a chain mostly.

It’s diamonds, rubies, emerald on the bird and her egg is a big old rose quartz!

I have one! I hope it’s the beginning of a beautiful collection. Victorian (1860-1880?), shell, Etruscan revival frame in 18ct gold.
Thank you for reviving this! You already know I love yours. Here's my new one! I haven't worn it yet but I sure have stared at it a lot.
