I hesitated for a couple of days this time because I was worried that it's not up to snuff(and then posted it super quick with the garbled wording, what the hell was that?:lol:).
That's a tell when I'm nervous, lol.
I just really like it.

Last one is the only one that might hav were quilty pattern you want, I think. Others are more like the fat arrow American cut you don’t want.

This has promise. Low color plus medium Fluor and I think it’s quite likely to show the pattern you want.

I agree, the last one I posted is closest. I like this one from ebay too. That vendor is one I follow because they have a lot of odd loose stones

I have bought from them before and they are super nice. The woman who I spoke with though wasn't great with vids at all (low tech). The return process is easy (I also bought and returned) so just an fyi you may have to order to really see good footage of it. Unless they have gotten someone who is better at vids now!

Returns are likely quite easy if you are located in the US but yeah, it’s a pita.

Lol ugh. In my brain, this looks like a quilt pattern to me vs the OEC or other type of cut.

When I think of the quilty type it has a flatter crown and a little less precision so there are not arrows. They are closer to OECs than MRBs in terms of the cut precision and lower halves — these arrow ones hav lower halves like 70% plus where OECs and I think these quilts types have much shorter lower halves. These ones with arrows are a different flavour that obviously i love bc it’s the type i have, but they are not quilty! They look like chunky MRBs. Totally different vibe.

Sadly the setting mostly covers the crown, so I cant tell at all

Yes that one seems to have nice edge to edge brightness and the slightly chaotic patterning you want, though zooming in I do see some arrows too.
