Why is the sun moving so fast in this solar eclipse video?

I must have watched 100's of videos on the recent solar eclipse but only this one shows the sun and moon move very quickly midway through this video. Why is this? Would appreciate any insight. Thanks.

The sun itself is not moving faster, but I can think of three things that may explain why the sun appears to speed up.

1. Wind pushing the clouds make the sun seem to move faster.
This optical illusion results from the clouds being MUCH closer to the camera than the sun is.
This great distance discrepancy can result in misperceiving the relative speed of objects that appear in the same video frame.

2. Next, towards the middle of the video the camera zoomed in closer to the sun.
This made the sun larger in the frame, so it appeared to move faster. Actually the sun DID move faster across the frame, but not across the sky because, when zoomed in, the frame is seeing a smaller area of the sky.

3. The person recording this footage said, "How fast the sun is moving", is an additional reason viewers could be mislead ... power of suggestion, and all that.
