(Does anyone know what those grayish spots are toward the top? Are those bad?)

Speak up. EBree, I couldn''t hear this last post over the sound of my mouth hitting the floor. That stone is gorgeous. I love it.

Thank you both! I really like the looks of it too, but I am a bit concerned with those little gray areas on the IS.

Stone may be slightly tilted. Ask WF.

I''m far from an expert but it looks nice to me. I just purchased a diamond from WF and had some concerns and I called WF and they were very helpful. Needless to say, I ended up getting the diamond and am waiting on its delivery.

the table is a tiny tiny bit large at 58 (therefore the ags1) and the girdle is slightly thick but other than that it looks really great, the IS is very nice!!

Yay! Big thanks.

What do all the 0s and 1 mean? If the table was smaller, would that mean the numbers could equal an AGS0?

Old system vs new system.

Only way to know if it is an AGS0 is to ask WF, send it to an appraiser who can do AGS grading, or get someone to submit it to AGS.

Ebree......

Look at the minimum and maximum measurements for the crown angles and pavilion angles. Even though the average appears "great", compare the mins and max measurements of stone in their ACA line ones and you''ll see what Im talking about.

Those are definately not as "tight" as the ACA''s.

So if you want the top of the line in light performance, I''d suggest looking at the ACA''s instead.

Because of that variance, the stone might not get a Cut grade of 0 or 1. Potentially it could be even lower.

I noticed that right away, but wasn''t going to say anything...

I don''t necessarily NEED top of the line light performance, but I''d like it to perform really well. Do these numbers look like they would?

E, I''d ask WF, they can look at it, and will be very honest about its performance. Could still be beautiful.

Bob told me that it''s not quite an H&A, but it''s close.

Did you ask how it performs?
