1.2 ct RB need help

So I have found a roud brilliant that seems to good to be true to my noive eyes. I ran it through the cut advisor, and it scored a 1.3 and an excellent in all categories.

Attached the AGS cert.
Price $5,600 USD
J color, IF clarity
Am I missing soemthing? Will it matter that it is faceted?

I think the price listed is $5970 on the PS search unless there is a discount? It looks like a potentially lovely diamond, no problem with a faceted girdle.

It depends on what you are looking for, if this is the combo you are looking for then great, but you could drop the clarity considerably to VS and not notice any difference visually, or go for a higher colour. BN are competitive for prices, you can see if there is anything else similar pricewise using the search tool to compare.
