I had the same issue with spinning as I lost quite a bit of weight after my engagement and my ring is kind of top heavy. They measured my finger again and put sizing beads in as to avoid the spinning and keep me from having to cut my ring down. I have had my ring back about a week now and I have to say there is no more spinning.
