Figures of all days I would busy at work. I can''t concentrate today for anything!
My ring is a very simple solitaire- a slim knife-edge shank of YG with a 4 prong peg head in platinum, 1 carat stone. I went out for lunch and finally saw it in the sun and it''s beautiful! I proose I will put up pics as soon as I can. It actually looks kind of neat paired with the claddagh that won''t come off, but I know I will have to get it cut
Ian called me today on his lunch break (yes, I''m using his name now) I had asked him last night one we got ready to go to sleep if he felt any different, since he semed so calm. He said that his heart finally slowed down- boy it was racing when he was asking me and he doesn''t like public speaking so he went way out of his comfort zone to propose on one knee in the middle of a busy parking lot. Today he said he feels very different. He catches himself smiling. He''s not really a ''socialize with co-workers type'' like I am, but he''s actually told people he works with.
Only thing now is we both are getting the ''oh sh*t'' feeling... knowing the amount of work that goes into planning and the onslaught of ''help'' from everyone. He says "I don''t know... in Vegas in front of Elvis could be the way to go".
