I am looking at making a 5 diamond ring similar to the one whiteflash offers or the one here using OEC diamonds:

The trick will be finding 5 antique cut diamonds similar in size and shape to set. I'm thinking each one will be around 0.31 weight for each of the diamonds.

Anyone have any ideas where I could find 5 matched OEC diamonds?

Give Old World Diamonds in NY a call and tell them what you're after.

Hello wdigshopper, A few psers have bought from a ebay vendor mlopros, I have not but they list lots of the size and cut you are looking at so you may want to check them out and do a search here and read what those who have bought from them have to say. Good luck in your search!

I looked into to doing this (with the WF trellis setting  ) before I chanced upon my 1930s transitional cut five stone. I think neatfreak has something similar...

Old World Diamonds
and
Secondhanddiamonds (on ebay)

were my top vendor choices.

WF does charge (or at least quoted me) a per stone setting fee which really adds up when you are talking about 5 stones.

Thanks to everyone for some great suggestions. These give me a great place to start!
