Here are a pair of antique halo rings. They''re both from the 19th century and the halos are rose-cut diamonds.

First, a sapphire from the 1860s, maybe:

And Beulah, a garnet ring that used to belong to MakingTheGrade but I now have the honor to own her. The name "Beulah" is engraved inside. I believe she''s from the 1890s or so.
