A Little Pink Friend From the Gem Show

Dee*Jay suggested that I post a picture of the little pink "friend" that followed me home from the gem show on Saturday. I think she needs to start her own thread in the Show me the ring forum cuz her find is gorgeous [Blenheim you too cuz your pearl ring is beautiful too]! Anyways, here it is, my newest pink friend

And belive it or not everyone, this pic doesn''t do the stone anywhere near justice--it is really a beautiful piece!

(As for my own ring... I just *happen* to have it on right now, LOL!)

Thanks everyone! I need to get some sizing beads put into it when I can break away from the house renovation. My fingers are so strange, big knuckles and no "meat" in between. Anything that fits over the knuckles is usually way too big.

Thanks Canuk-gal, FireGoddess, and Kaleigh! I''ll try and get some more pics when things quiet down, hopefully sometime this weekend after the countertops are delivered and before we have to paint the master bath.

Sophie, thanks, I love the color of the pink, too, and it is almost a perfect match colorwise with my pendant. The stone is approx 8mm x 5mm.

Love the ring....yepper...first the pendant....then the ring....when will we see the earrings.....bracelet....NEVER ENDING ! ! ! I did the same thing. I got the pink sapphire ring first and it started a chain reaction....lol! Both are lovely, enjoy.

Thanks Conitta, Woo, Tacori and le chateaux. I really don't know who makes the setting. It was bought at a gem show in Chicago.

I was finally able to sneak ashot in of the pendant and the ring together. Pretty good color match, yay!
