A few points:
a) Your pictures are adorable! I love the ones of you being surprised, especially. I second whoever said you look way too good to have just finished such a huge task.

b) The 1s you are using instead of "i"s crack me up. Seriously. I was actually laughing out loud, which sounds sort of lame, but is totally true.

c) I think you have motivated me to start doing better on my thesis.

I know the feeling about the computer; when I was 2/3 done with my undergrad thesis, my laptop fried, smoke and eveything. Technology really can be out to get us.
