Thank you! I just walk around staring at her. She glows this sort of faint faint periwinkle for about 60 seconds when the setting sun is on her. It's amazing.

Oh boy that would take going thru photographs.......she was quite........the truck. I know nothing about cars but a leap of faith is just that. And it worked! I fell in love with the mechanic who fixed her. Who would have known? We spent a lot of wonderful evenings looking at the stars thru her window.

My original engagement ring is a .75 D I1 and it sounds like the same type of inclusions as yours... mostly clear crystals. They never bothered me and I had to turn it upside down to see them.

I am thrilled too obviously! I remember, all the ladies on that thread were looking mostly at rounds, cuz later it occurred to me, someone might have scooped her up if they were looking at fancies.
On the D color, whew. I've probably not seen one IRL, and I do have other diamonds in the more "commercial" range, like H, I J, and wow there really is a difference. She reflects so differently!
Tell your hubby what a wonderful wife he has cuz I said so!

Thank you darlin'! I haven't even noticed my arthritis once I put the ring on, all I see now is the sparkly! Diamonds are a cure I say!:mrgreen2:

I was enthralled reading your story and the ring is beautiful, so white and clean. It pays to lurk on PS, even if we can’t always afford the showstopping pieces. I think the pear looks perfect on your finger and I especially love it stacked with your other bands!
