Hi all

Hoping some pricescopers can offer some advice. Im looking at the stone below as an upgrade.
I'm in Australia and the stone is in NY. Theye it send it over but are looking for an 80% commitment.

I like the general proportions of the stone (rectangular) and the dimensions face up larger than heavier stones I've seen closer to 3 carat mark but I am a little cconcerned about the strong flouresence and the impact it will have on the value of the stone. In particular I'm wondering whether I'm actually looking at a true I or J with the flouresence getting it over the line for an H color grading?

Asking price os $24k US but I think I might be able to negotiate down a little.

I would appreciate any insights or advice on this stone - value for $ wise. I know viewing the stone will help but keen on anything I should look out for based on specs etc

Thanks so much =)

It looks to me to have a disorganized facet pattern, and I would rather have a better cut stone.

I don't see any on their site at the moment with the specs you are looking at, but I would contact Good Old Gold to help you find a good radiant. I am going to post an example of what a nice radiant facet pattern looks like. Plus it has good light return as shown by the ASET and diamXray images.

If you look at other regular radiants on GOG, you can see that the light return on some of them is not as good as others. You have to be very careful to get a good radiant or it could be kind of a dud as far as light return goes. That's why it is best to buy from someone who checks light performance. I wouldn't consider ordering a radiant without seeing an ASET image first.

I can't read the lxwxd dimensions, please post.

Thanks
