If it is supposed to look mughal I would suggest rose cut or old mine for the halo melee, and larger. As it is it looks kind of like a Goth david yurman, not that there's anything wrong with that.

I love it but would move the side details with diamonds a bit higher. I think at present those details won't be seen and will be an irritant to the skin as it brushes against the fingers.

I think you should move the guards up closer to the head. I'd find it uncomfy to have them against the sides of my finger, plus I'd want to see. I like the design!
