An S-T color is not the same as fancy colored, correct?

I’m too easy to confuse. I thought this was the ring in question
Sometimes sellers are also inexperienced. I ordered a tiny diamond and the seller warned me that the color is not great. This is what I got vs what I ordered, based on her pictures. I'm thinking of sending it to GIA for review. This is a cell phone picture, room light, no filters. 20231021_091701-COLLAGE.jpg.

But re-reading it seems this is a second transaction shown for context?

@Rockdiamond yes lol. English is my second language and I love to muse, so this is a lethal combo sometimes ;) I didn't get the old cut stone, but did purchase the moi et toi one.

Got it!
I‘m not trying to be argumentative..
Of course the blunt answer is no, S-T is not considered a ”Fancy Color”
How much money are we talking for the stone in question?

@Rockdiamond , old Euro, VS2, 0.65 ct, $700 before offer, 18k setting.

Sounds reasonable if the seller is vetted.
Not that I’m suggesting you buy it. But the price is within the realm of reasonable if there’s not a lot of risk based on the seller

The photo and the description you’ve given gives me pause. I would not buy it without a clear return and a video of the item sent prior. I also probably wouldn’t buy this at all, but if you’re going to- try to get a video and hassle free returns.

What she said.hehehe. Truly.
