My calipers are at home and I am at my mom's for the next few weeks.

But using a tape measure, I would say it's roughly 9x11.

It was sold to me as 4.12 cts in a Megan Thorne setting.

3.5/8 inch = .4375 inches = 11.11 mm
3/8 inch = .375 inches = 9.5 mm

Yes, it is sizable.

Since DB and LT are both down, I will give first priority to those who post interest on this thread in order.

(I did have one inquiry on DB for the sapphire, but I think she may have only been interested if I could guarantee it was unheated. Not sure but if I do not hear back before it comes back up, I will consider you first in line for the sapphire.)

I believe so. I just noticed the setting has some white gold with the rose if that makes a difference. The setting alone retails new for over $1000.

I am not a jeweler but think it could be reasonably sized down as there is no pave/engraving on the shank. Here is a picture

The tanzanite is natural, I assume heated although I was told by the seller (a former PSer) it may not be. I will be honest that I personally love the color but not a fan of the cut. Would be happy to send a video once we can connect via email.

Great, that would be nice to see a video once DB or LT comes back up. I have always wanted that particular Schubach setting. I would need to size it down to a 5.25 though....which is quite a bit. So I am hoping that is a possibility. Consider me very interested (if anyone before me isn't of course.) Do you know if Schubach's set the stone? It doesn't look like their usual pointy claw prongs they do. I know you said you purchased it pre-owned, so I am just curious if you know. Are you in the US/do you ship to the US? Thanks!!
