I did my own hair cause my hair girl was booked but Stacy Pitt is my go to from stylesonb.com Sally duvall did my makeup. You can find her link on Stacy''s site. My makeup was freaking pheonminal. I wish I would have hired Sally for my wedding but she was too expensive to have her travel to the catskills. Anyway...I paid for the makeup myself; was not included but in my opionion totally worth it.

I did this for my husband for our first married Valentine''s Day. I did them myself in a spare bedroom, and none of them actually showed any, ah, bits. I wore this really pretty lace thing (I dunno what it would be called, it was a halter and came down just past my butt) with thigh highs and heels. To be honest, even though he liked them, he has never even looked at them again. I wouldn''t call it a waste of time, but it is certainly a one-time gift that does not keep on giving, unless your husband goes out of town a lot. Then I can see how it would be nice for him to have pictures of you for his trip.

Trust is what matters here, too - NOT marriage. I know some people are simply old-fashioned like that, but only you know whether he will respect you and your pictures or not.

I mean, if I ended up with a male photographer, he wouldn't make a big fuss, he would just prefer that the photographer not be male. Even our wedding photog is female since she'll be around when me and the gals are changing and stuff. My fiance doesn't like other people seeing my underwear, much less me in lingerie!

Anyways, I think if I were to do boudoir pics, I would want to be naked for some of them, that's part of the fun right?

To be honest my biggest hesitation is that the photos might come back to haunt me :/ If I don't personally know the photog, I can't be sure how safe my photos are with them. Even if they don't intentionally post them on their blog, I don't know how secure their photos are on their computer and who else besides them might someday have access to the computer. I know I'm being excessively paranoid, but it just makes me a little uncomfortable. Lol, the only way I'd get around this is to 1) have a very close friend take the photos or 2)work with someone who will download the pics onto my computer right afterwards and then wipe the photos from their camera (I can retouch photos myself just fine).

But yeah...I'm a bit paranoid...

I got most of my stuff at the VS semi annual sale right after Christmas. If you wait until the last day of the sale they mark stuff to 75% off. I got an entire new lingerie wardrobe (bras, tons of panties, nighties, lingerie, a boustier, garter belts) for around $200 total.I supplemented them with thigh highs I bought at H&M for about $12. My outfits were as follows:

-little black dress, black seamed stockings, black lace panties and bra, and heels
-One of FI''s white button up shirts with a light pink push up bra, light pink lace boy shorts, and my glasses
-Dark gray garter skirt, black panties, black lace bra, and heels
-White negligee, my wedding jewelry, my wedding shoes, and my veil-this was supposed to show how I might look after some good lovin'' on the wedding night
-Black lace boy shorts..topless
-Black panties, black push up bra, and a black blazer

EM1- If you dont mind me asking, how much does AG charge for her b-pics? She does gorgeous work!!!! I checked into her when we were looking for a photographer for our wedding, but she was booked on my day!!!!

Dani...She was running a special when I booked her at $250. Isn't that crazy? I think normally she charges $500. However, you have to buy the images from her and I can't remember how much they are at the moment. I think I paid $250 for 10 upfront and may get more from her later on. She keeps all the images forever, I asked. I also got my hair and makeup done which were so necessary. I'll send you the preview picture via other ave.


NYC...AG is soooooo amazing. She is so worth the money.
