Thank you! I absolutely love it. I can’t stop staring.A one of a kind ring for a once in a lifetime love! I love the coverage that it gives you.
Wow! Loving the east west look. Heck I love east west everything apparently!
May I ask a silly question : what is a “moval”?
It’s an antique cut that is between an oval and a Marquise cut diamond with chunky facets. I absolutely love it. Mine also has a cutlet at the bottom. It was thought that it would allow more light into the diamond and make it sparkle more.
Thank you! I’m so in love with my ring. It’s definitely “me”!I love the setting, the stone - beautiful ring!
Thank you! I will upload some photos tomorrow.Where is a fainting sofa when one needs one? Gosh, this is beautiful, and humongous! Can I pester you for some pictures from the side, only if you have time. Congratulations
Gorgeous setting!Hi Everyone!
I wanted to share my absolutely stunning antique moval diamond engagement ring. Alex Park of Parks Fine Group worked with me on this project and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. This is my third project with Alex and I can’t recommend him enough especially for antique diamonds. I’ve uploaded a video and some pictures. The sun wasn’t out today so it was hard to get some good pictures. These pictures do not give this ring justice!

Love your ring...I think antique cut movals are one of the most rare finds! Yours is TDF!
I know cause I've been hunting one on a budget.
How did you find your stone?
Please post all the stats on your diamond.
E/W setting is so lovely too!
Aww, thank you!How am I so late to this thread?? I love everything about this! The rare and gorgeous stone, the halo, the crisp contrast between the metals, the plain gold wedding band, the marquise-shaped band....it's all utterly perfect!
