Monnie, benadryl works way better than Zyrtec for making a person sleepy. hehe I am having problems with this time change too, grr! Oh and Tylenol PM has the opposite effect on me; I get very jittery and can''t sleep maybe that is why I can''t take 2 benadryl as directed, that makes sense.Date: 3/12/2009 2:14:59 PM

Aw, boo! Funny: when I can''t sleep but absolutely have to get some rest I take the generic form of OTC Benadryl...it contains the same ingredient they use in Tylenol PM and the like. It works, and it''s way cheaper than products specifically labeled to be used as sleeping pills. Maybe I just need a scrip for Zyrtec, ha ha.Date: 3/12/2009 1:50:51 PM

I don''t appreciate that the sun makes its appearance through my window at 7:30. I need to be up by 6.
Someone should get on fixing that
Same - my allergy meds are kicking my butt (Zyrtec & Singulair). I take them at night but just feel so tired for a good part of the next morningDate: 3/12/2009 1:50:51 PM
