I remember seeing a listing for a stolen ring out of Connecticut. It was a family heirloom stolen during a robbery I believe. I would come across it from time to time. I *think* the main diamond was an OMC. Tried to find it but had no luck today:

I remember seeing a post on here with some one talking about a stolen ring. I'll see if I can find it, but it was at least 4-6 weeks ago, I think.

So I realize this is probably less likely than finding a needle in a haystack. However I have mourned the loss of a vintage piece of jewelry for such a long time. I’m just putting this out there hoping for a miracle. It is a beautiful piece and was given to me by my mother. @Lookinagain, thank you, this isn’t the one I was thinking of but I’m going to keep looking. If I remember correctly it was a poster and had a picture of the ring in the listing. I’m just trying to find it so I can rule out if a ring I’ve come across is that stolen ring.

I only remember the unheated ruby art deco ring that was stollen on the way to gia in nyc.

Yes! I can picture it in my head so clearly, ugh so aggravating I can’t find the listing or any post about it anywhere online.
