Aside from titanium not being "precious", are there any other drawbacks?

They avid the risk of degloving and frying oneself when working with electricity. You won't damage the ring when handling steel tools. They have their place...

Palladium, Tungsten Carbide, Cobalt Chrome. Sterling tarnished too easily. Are you opposed to gold?

I don't understand palladium. It's almost as pricey as platinum at this point.
