Authentic Cartier Love ring?

Hi,

May I ask for your professional help to see if my ring is authentic? IMG_20200607_042050.jpg

Hi,

Is it possible to get a clearer photo of the markings on the right?

Do you see a mark on the Saint Bernard dog ear like one of these?

They would indicate where made. The markings in your ring look good, they do not look like any markings I've seen in cheap fakes. However, I am not an expert.

Held my breathe multiple times to get the clearest picture, hope it help you let you see clearer.

I think this is clearer. IMG_20200607_224224.jpg

Looks authentic to me as well. Although I always say it is impossible to say authentic 100% for sure without actually seeing the ring.

Hi, someone is selling this ring, would anyone be able to tell me if it is authentic or not please? 12D48F7F-177B-4DFD-A277-F24DE920A0AD.jpeg971150F0-CF93-4DCC-80C9-ACEDF5B6C230.jpeg2E94A112-ACE4-428D-BAF7-C3A494C82649.jpegB7B8838F-2AD4-457F-B59E-AA91CDDFC215.jpeg

The screenshot photos are not good enough to be honest to make a clear conclusion, I am sorry. I would need better photos of engraving, side of the ring and top engraving to make something out of this. Currently I don't like top LOVE engraving but this could be photo defect.

I just bought my second Cartier love ring after literally grieving the loss of my first a few weeks ago. I personally think it’s fine and the paperwork does match the serial number- just looking for some piece of mind because I’m not in a place where I can afford to be scammed image.jpgimage.jpg

I had one from 1996 and the inside didn’t have the year like this. I don’t love the way it’s engraved, it looks different but it could be the photo is grainy.

Which year is the ring? Are there any other markings inside?

It’s from 2006. Orher photos are from the listing- the serial number does match the certificate. image.jpg1BA55A38-3451-4782-BF1B-D0917DA17A4F.png491A2379-33D1-4141-8DD9-0B699738D5FF.png

I can't say for sure. Certificates can easily be forged: I've seen really nice fake ones.
What I don't like about this ring is absence of extra markings indicating where the ring was made. But it could be just an old ring when Cartier were not doing these stamps. Also engraving is a bit coarse but this also could be just an old Cartier style (14 yo after all...). So it's really hard to tell. In person I would have checked all the set including boxes and certificate.

I had one from 96 that was the same. It comes with two different types of authenticity certificates/guarantees from people they use but that doesn’t mean anything to me. I’ll probably just have to pay a third authenticator for piece of mind. I’m not sure how much better of a picture I can get. image.jpg

In this photo you can see the two small stamps to the right of the other markings. If you can make out the St Bernard dog head and the 750 gold hallmark, then it sure would look authentic to me.

Yes, this is what I meant. Here is an example.

Yes!! It does have them. They’re super tiny but I can just barely make it out. They must change placement/size throughout the years. I’ll try and get a picture in just a bit under the magnifying glass. Thank you so much! :)

Here’s one of the better pictures I could get! The marks are just small and probably worn some. Included the certificate too. I’m fairly certain it’s fine but I appreciate your opinion more than mine haha. The picture of the certificate looks dark because it was and I had to use the flash 577FD40B-7A66-4F1B-AC92-6803F31EB40E.jpegBD0D1478-91F2-442A-B2DB-FE6DFF5AFA5E.jpeg89557212-D625-464A-B219-A91F1CD3D3B7.jpeg58373DAC-8196-4F62-9788-5B6166F8CCA0.jpeg

Hi all,

I am in the market to buy a used Cartier love wedding band. Came across the one listed on a website, would appreciate your expertise whether this is fake or real? Thanks in advance!

Those markings look good.

These are the pics provided! The only discrepancy I see is there isn't an Au in front of the 750? But looking at other Cartier pieces, sometimes there is and sometimes there isn't
