I am not familiar with a lot of the older markings. The photos don't show the Italian factory cartouche well. They don't look like cheap fakes. They may be real, but I'm not sure.
I also have another photo that might be useful @m51galaxy

Well, yours is the original one!!
As long as there is no 52833A serial number, and there is the AU before 750, then you r good. the AU represents that the ring was made from gold. Overall yours is authentic

Thank you so much for the feedback !! I really appreciate it!
Sorry to say It's a mistake to think that a different serial number plus Au before the 750 means the ring is unquestionably authentic. There are plenty of fakes that have a different serial number -- i.e., not 52833A -- etched inside. Conversely, Cartier itself has not always put Au before the 750 in its Love pieces.
My brother gave me this ring for my birthday. I’m not able to find clear descriptions online to let me know if this is authentic. Has Cartier Logo, 750 52 and then below has a copy right logo, CRD 083750 then a diamond shape with what looks to be a U, O or C in the middle. including the clearest pictures that i can.
To all folks looking for authentication from this thread:
This is NOT a service that PS offers or endorses in ANY capacity. All opinions - of authenticity and of inauthenticity - are coming from end consumers with variable credentials and no active trade connections.
Do NOT take reassurance that a piece is authentic as fact. The only way to be certain is to get paperwork from Cartier. There are also other forums on the internet (which we cannot link to here) that proxy authentication services.
