It's fine if you never go there. But I would say that more would see your ring there than here. It is so special that I think others would greatly enjoy seeing it! Really, I LOVE it!!! :love: (even though I am your friend ;)) )

Simply beautiful; the dark background of the velvet lining makes both the diamonds (sparkly!) and spinel (reddest in these pictures) stand out. It's definitely worth the wait for the finished ring and your posting these pictures more than make up for it. :bigsmile:

You know, Michelle, I didn't want this thread to pop back up top in Colored Stones, although I knew that it would if I added to it. I just wanted to add the link that I did to the Show Me The Bling thread. Since you responded to what I posted, though, I have to tell you that the other night I was thinking about who-offhand-I thought of when I thought of the most wonderful jewelry on Pricescope. Since I love colored stones, I didn't think, "10 carat diamond solitaire". I thought "colored stones". And the two people who popped into my head were: "widget" and "catmom". I know I am missing many, many owners of wonderful colored stones I would give my eyeteeth for, but you always stand out in my mind!

I am reposting them in this thread. My hands are not exactly gorgeous, so I am not anxious to show them off! Now my daughter could be a hand model...she has the longest, most elegant fingers in the world. (From those who remember the thread on ring sizes she is a 3.5.) My daughter, however, does not have my hands; she is adopted!
