Beverley K setting?

I have loved this Beverley K setting for a long time. I hesitate to get it because I was worried about cleaning. Would this ring be really hard to clean? I like to keep my diamonds as clean and sparkly as possibe. I was just afraid the bottom of my stone would be hard to clean and therefore not preform to its full potential. Also, do halo or bezel settings with metal encircling negatively effect the performance of the diamond? Thanks for your help.
