You’ve certainly done a sterling job so far of staying absolutely nothing in many words.

Why not slowly drip feed your story and proof into a word document and cut and paste the full disclosure here (edited, concise & factual) once you’re ready? No need to slowly disclose nothing on a daily basis.

This forum claims to be able to discuss anything related to jewelry. My article "Who regulates jewelry appraisal agencies?" did not point to any specific company, just asked a question about the interests of small and medium jewelers and consumers, and was deleted. The moderator did not give any reason. Jewelry appraisal is of great interest to consumers, why can't it be discussed? What's the point of my disclosure if it only exists on this forum for 5 minutes? Your suggestion is very good, if this forum can't let me speak, I will write a book in word and sell it on ebay.

But if you took a gem to be certified and Gubelin told you it’s some synthetic or heavily treated gem that is worthless, then maybe you did get scammed, but not by Gubelin but instead by the seller. Who buys a gem worth hundreds of thousands without a reliable cert anyway?

We have explained repeatedly that you cannot have more than 1 thread per topic, and each one of the deleted threads was referencing this same battle. Please stop accusing us of censorship or we will ask you to stop posting on PS. We have been more than accommodating considering.

My first thought was if the book is listed on ebay for $1, then the net profit per book that sells would be $0.55 after all the ebay fees (if my calculations are correct). I like math.

In the same way, I, an ordinary consumer, would be willing to spend a lot of energy to "slander" Gübelin if it weren't for my interests being greatly harmed? I have said repeatedly that my appeal is: "Let Gübelin fulfill the contract and return my gems safely". Gübelin's reputation was hurt, and it was clear that competitors like SSEF would benefit the most. Who are his competitors, doesn't Gübelin know?
By the same token, PriceScope's competitors would be happiest if PriceScope were to favor Gübelin and ruin its reputation.

My final reminder is that there are tons of fake accounts on Amazon used to deceive consumers (https://techwireasia.com/2021/09/why-did-amazon-ban-3000-chinese-backed-online-stores/ ), when you buy jewelry, be careful!

Fwiw OP, I’ve heard of labs in China (even the somewhat should be reputable ones as they have branches in Thailand etc to be dodgy and unreliable). Gubelin sends stones to Hong Kong for testing and I trust the lab more than the China based labs.

Questioning my account for defaming Gübelin on this forum, the correct way for them to help Gübelin is to immediately notify Gübelin of my unfavorable remarks against Gübelin, and ask Gübelin to report the US local police or federal police to the police. Only the police have the power to investigate and clarify the facts. Since I'm accusing Gübelin of fraud (or stealing) it's a serious crime, it would be obviously defamation if I fabricated the facts and posted it on this forum. This forum is regulated by the US government and Gübelin can report me to the US government immediately. I am more than willing to cooperate with the investigation of U.S. law enforcement officers. I declare that I trust the U.S. government and the American people, and I accept any conclusions drawn by U.S. law enforcement officers.
And Gübelin's headquarters is in Switzerland, and the crime took place in Shanghai, so I can only report Gübelin in Switzerland or Shanghai. I did the same, reporting Gübelin for fraud (or theft) to law enforcement in Shanghai and Switzerland. I also "slandered" Gübelin to the Swiss media and Swiss MPs, and although I actively sought an investigation by the Swiss government, Gübelin did not cherish its reputation, and I repeatedly asked Gübelin to report the police to the Swiss police as well. Gübelin could sue me for defamation, but unfortunately Gübelin refused to do so.
As for how the Swiss police refused my request, my documents are not ready, today is the weekend again, I was planning to disclose it next week, but XXX thinks I am a conspiracy theory, so I have to publish these words in advance.
