Bling pics from the JAWS October 2018 and other bling pics!

So I am just starting a thread where we all can share bling pics and other interesting photos from the Jewelry and Watch Show at the Metropolitan Pavilion happening now.

I just went for a short while yesterday and only took a few pics. Will be heading back there tomorrow and I will see if I can get any more photos for everyone here who cannot attend. In the meantime if you're going or you went already please share your bling pics!

First up...my partner in blingy happiness and love.



He's a good sport because this is not his favorite thing to do. Imagine that...not into bling. In every other way he is purrrrrfect.

I was drooling over Anup's gorgeous ring. I do not remember the exact stats but it is over 6.5 carats I believe and an F SI. It is GORGEOUS.


The setting was amazing and original to the stone. I would have a heart attack however with leaving the girdle exposed but the setting is breathtaking.

My apologies as my photos are so blurry! My dh pointed out later my phone lens was smudgy. Oy. I will try to do for y'all better tomorrow.







Lastly a setting I love and was thinking about for Bubbalah.

A TDF french cut band I saw yesterday at the show but I feel it is too thick to go well with Bubbalah. It is a Bailey Banks and Biddle band I think.

And these are amazing too...antique stone and setting original to it with tiny OECs down the shank. It is amazbling. The stone is a cross between an antique emerald cut and antique asscher. So sorry the pics are not the greatest.

A cape diamond I just liked a lot but I think because it is so large. I am a size ho. But I also love the contrast of the color with the whiter halo. Lovely.

Rose cut fun. I am not generally a huge fan but I now see their appeal. Soft and romantic and delicate and just overall lovely.

Just going through all my photos right now and not sure what I shared but here is another of the darling antique asscher/emerald cut I shared before. I really love this one...but I am a one ring girl so it's up for grabs. It is the most darling yummy ring! My photo taking skills do not do it or any of the bling I am sharing justice.

LOVE the antique bezel ring! Do you remember how many carats it is?

Oh my gosh, maybe @LLJsmom does...I want to say I think it was over 2.5 carats but it might have been larger. Everything looked smaller to me than the actual carat weight. That is what being a PSer suffering from DSS does to you. Honestly I thought (on me) that the 4 carats were small!

But I have huge hands so that is why I am at a disadvantage. My poor dh and my need for big beautiful expensive bling.

Aww no but Adam made my OEC cluster ring for me and he can make you a delicious one too if you so choose. He is the best. He wants his customers to be happy and he will do what it takes.

Found another bling pic...an alternating french cut OEC eternity band from Singlestone at JbG..she has it at the show with her. It's beautiful.

Great thread, Missy! I must time a trip to NY around this in the future. I always seem to end up being dragged to sporting fixtures whilst we’re on holiday, so some bling-viewing payback seems only fair!

Aww why won’t he? It’s a safe city relatively speaking. Such a shame to miss out if you are available to attend. It’s so much fun and amazing pieces to ogle and purchase. It’s where I first laid eyes on my OEC Bubbalah in 2016.
