I'm a little interested in the LOGRs setting. Could I get pics when you get a chance? Do you think it could be sized to a 6.5? My mom is looking to reset her oval, and it's nearly the same dimensions. What part of the quality were you not happy with?
It is this setting in rose gold: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Bonzer-6x8mm-Oval-14K-Gold-Pave-Diamond-Semi-Mount-Ring-/270866737599?pt=US_Fine_Rings&hash=item3f10ea69bf
I didn't think the diamonds were very sparkly (I didn't upgrade them) and I was never sure about the rose gold, it looked almost to me like they plated a yellow gold setting rose because it looks to me like the interior of the basket was yellow. You can probably size it if you can match the alloy or you don't mind it not being a perfect match. Thanks Mandrez!

Ooooohhhh...I can't wait to hear what you got!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No bling budget for me right now, but I am hopeful it will be reinstated in Feb/March b/c I am dying for a nice strand of pearls and pearl studs and an awesome .6 or as big as I can get on my tiny budget :Up_to_something: OEC or OMC for a RHR. I found the PERFECT one last week, but alas no funds right now!!!

Anyway, good luck with your blingapalooza :appl: :appl: :appl:
Thanks, Bella! When you do have the budget, I loooooove window shopping for old cuts. :naughty:

Just chiming in to say that I've bought from Kelpie before, and she's a wonderful seller. She's 100% honest about the condition of her items, takes great pictures if you need to see anything in detail, and is just a pleasure to deal with. Don't let the fact that she's not in the US deter you...she will ship right away once she gets to the states, and personally I'd rather do things that way than leave a precious piece to international shipping.

Jstarfireb, thank you so much!

You are the sweetest ever! Hope your sales are going well. No doubt you're as great a seller to work with as you are a buyer. Thank you! :))

The following are sold:
1.4cts 9x7 Opal (largest white one)
1 CTW OMC Earrings
Peridot Necklace
.404 G SI 1 AGS0

Feelers:

No pics on this stone because it's in my safe deposit box...it's a .57 Radiant fancy colored diamond that is slightly pinkish champagne brown. Eye clean. Deeper cut to bring out the color so it faces small, not sure maybe 4.5x3.5? Asking $800. Would look amazing in rose gold, I would never sell it if I hadn't found something even more amazing. Color and cut are similar to this

1920 platinum french cut sapphire eternity sz 4.25
$600

This is one exquisite ring! It looks fantastic with the other sapphire ring I have for sale, I wear them as a set since they look like they were made for eachother. Just a hair over 2mm wide, the platinum band is channel set with french cut colbalt blue natural sapphires. Ring is in good condition for its age. One sapphire is chipped on the crown, a few others have small nicks and scratches. Most of them are in great shape, most people would need a loupe to see any damage. None of the stones are broken or loose. Size 4.25 and cannot be sized unless you bore it out which might give you a quarter of a size. I have seen rings like this in estate jewerly stores and they always go for $1600 and up. This is one beautiful ring I really hate to part with because I know i'll never find another like it in my size. I need to raise money though.

Edwardian 14K Sapphire Diamond Splitshank Ring
$400

This is a beautiful antique ring that was made in England a long long time ago. It features a 5mm natural blue faceted sapphire in perfect condition. The stone is bezel set. The split shank has lovely detail and features 4 diamonds that are either OEC or single cuts. The quality of all the stones is great as is the workmanship of the ring. It is a size 4 and can be sized within reason, shank is a little thin due to age. It is stamped 585 and has some english hallmarks I don't know the meaning of.

Tiffany Emerald YG Gypsy Ring sz 4.75
$160

This ring has a small (1-2 mm) gypsy set faceted emerald that is an ideal shade of green. Interior is marked "Tiffany & co" and the purity stamp which I think says 14k , though I think the person I bought it from said 18k, so not sure of the purity since hallmark is too blurry to be conclusive. I didn't buy it from Tiffany so I can't attest to the authenticity, but they have had gypsy rings in their collection for some time. Probably from the 80's. In good condition except for shank is slightly thin (plenty strong though).

Exquisite victorian opal and rose cut diamond ring
$300

This darling ring is from a bygone era...a tall round opal cab with a halo of rose cut diamonds set in that rosey victorian shade of 10k yellow gold. There is a hairline in the opal that has been there for ages. I think it is stable (for an opal, they are delicate in general) and there a small dark natural on the opal. Ring is around a size 4.25 and can be changed just a little bit.

Hehehehehe!

See the micro-skinny french cut band next to it? I spent like $25 buck to bore it out and gain a quarter size and it stayed incredibly sturdy. Just saying....

I mean "just enabling...."

Unfortunately I suspect it might fit anyway. And the sapph solitaire?! AHHHHH. SO MUCH WANT.

Sapphire eternity has found a new home, I knew that it would go fast. The split shank is still available.

I can't seem to find the size and price details on the yellow trilliant ring . . . ?

Hi iLander!

EGL Certified Natural Color Fancy Yellow Trilliant Diamond Ring.

This is the full EGL report which surprisingly has info on crystal type that GIA does not usually give. Clarity is SI3….bogus grade I know but I looked at it with my jeweler under a microscope and we were surprise how clean it is. I thought it would be a sloppy mess but it is way better than eyeclean, I honestly cannot tell you what or where the inclusions are. I am not 100% sure on the specs here, I have the ring with me but the lab report is in the bank I think it is .66 (approximately) Natural Fancy Light Yellow SI3, the depth is in the low 50’s so it faces HUGE (6.5mm or more point to point). Color is a lovely yellow that is free of orange or brown modifiers (I thought some of my pics ended up orangish, not true to life).

asking $1,000 or best offer.

ETA I think it's about size 7..could be 7.5
