I would typically agree with these measurements but that is a teeny tiny finger. It looks like this is a comfort band and not a knife edge? I have a ring simiilar to this in the knife edge in almost the same dimensions but I wear a size 8. I think the width is probably fine but I would try to reduce the thickness at the top and center points as they usually make the rings thicker than the CAD’s. If they could make it 1.6 and taper down to 1.5 mm, I think you would be fine. You don’t want the ring so wide that it becomes uncomfortable to close her fingers. I can already tell from your inspiration ring to the CAD that it is going to be too wide. We spent a lot of time re-working another PSer’s ring and she had the same problem and likened it to a flounder because it was flat and wide. I don’t want to discourage you, but they seem to have a problem with tapering the rings at the head with these cathedral settings.Hello all sorry for reviving a post from several pages ago but I would love some advice. Ella from tianyu just sent me the CAD and would like some input on any adjustments I can make.
Compared to the stock photos I provided them, it seems like the band width is quite thicker on the cathedral support portion of the ring. I also asked for 1.8mm for both width and height. My girlfriends ring finger is size quite small at 3.75 (between 3.5 and 4) should I go for 1.7mm instead?

I have uploaded these pictures before but they illustrate what I mean. The diamond halo and morganite were made in LA and the one on the bottom is from Tianyu. Mine ended up being 4mm which is ridiculous but for her finger size, if it ends up being over 2mm because they don’t curve that head in, it will get uncomfortable for that petite finger.
