Cadilac sides for this diamond

Looking to do something like this with recent antique cushion I bought. Do anyone know any vendors that sell Cadillac sides earth mined diamonds? Picture on bottom is my cushion.

When I was looking at cadillacs for my sapphire three stone they had several sets to choose from, not just wat was on the site, it might be worth reaching out and seeing what they've got.
