Thanks for weighing in, ladies. Sounds like a crap shoot. My fingers are crossed I'm not like my sister! She had ms the entire pregnancy (both times). The diclectin is crazy expensive, I have 80% coverage and my portion was still 60 bucks. That's for 200 pills, I take four a day but I'll see what my obgyn says about increasing dosage. Apparently some ppl take up to 8 a day.
SMC - yes I did the nuchal translucency scan and associated blood markers tests last week. These tests are offered to all pregnant women where I live. They encourage 'older' moms like me to get it done. Originally I was on the fence but the temptation to see baby again was too great. And I have to say it was so awesome t see the baby. I will hopefully find out the results this Friday.
