Congratulations MJT and KT! I am loving the pictures

drk can I say that you look amazing at 36 weeks? That looks like my belly when I''m NOT preggo after Thanksgiving dinner! You look fantastic

I hit 21 weeks on Saturday and I''m still chugging along. For me hitting 20 weeks was scary... I can''t "miscarry" anymore -- it will be a stillbirth or a live baby -- absolutely terrifying. Three more weeks until the magic "viability" age but honestly I certainly don''t want a 24 weeker, so keep baking baby! I haven''t been able to have my IViG session thanks to the crazy snow that we got this weekend. Baltimore got absolutely slammed, but everyone is slowly digging themselves out. I am pretty sure that I will be going to the hospital tonight for my sleepover, so wish me luck!

I wanted to share that Carly from Christian''s Seashore wrote Natalie''s name on her seashore of remembrance for children. The photo is beautiful. For any of you ladies who have lost children at any age, Carly provides a wonderful resource all done in the memory of her stillborn son. She will write your child''s name in the sand, or if you miscarried without having yet a name for your baby, she will draw "love hearts" in the sand for you. A beautiful way to remember. Natalie''s Name In The Sand

CONGRATS, KT!!!! Your little angel is so precious!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats KT. Baby Jacob is a cutie pie!!! Hope you are doing OK!!! That''s a lot of pushing!!!

Congrats KT and Mtjoya!!!!

Lindsey- I really loved that site, thank you for sharing. I think all of PS is rooting for you and Baby Andrew. I only hope that I have half as much grace and strength in raising O as you already have shown for Natalie and Andrew. Hope your sleepover went well.

Come on Gingerbaby!!!! Sooo excited for his imminent arrival. Any day now!

Lindsay What a beautiful photo and wonderful memorial.

Aww Jake is so handsome! KT I hope you''re home and resting comfortably. Thank you Auntie Alj for posting pics for us!

So tomorrow starts week eight for me. I''m feeling really good. I''m exhausted all the time but (knock on wood) the m/s has held off for the most part so far. I''ve just had a few bouts very early on, nothing in the past week or so. I''m really feeling pregnant today. My pants wont button and my boobs are so big the buttons on my shirt and threatening to rebel. The worst part is I strained my back this weekend and all I want to do is stretch but I''m afraid the girls will push the buttons to the max and I''ll lose one or two. I think it might be time for me to go shopping. Swimmer, when are you free???

Our first OB appointment is tomorrow, I know I''ll be having an u/s, so hopefully I''ll come home with a picture of whatever blob we can see. I''d like to do something with it when we tell DH''s family on the 20th. So wish us luck!

Glad to hear everyone else is doing well.

Wow, Lindsey...that''s beautiful.

KT, Jacob is adorable.

Lindsey, what a beautiful photo and memorial.

KT, Jake is adorable!

HH, good luck!

Gooooo KT!!! What a darling! 4 Hours of Pushing, OMG!!! People give me horrified faces when I tell them I pushed for 2 which to me was not THAT bad, BUT I can''t imagine FOUR. What a rockstar you are. And what is up with these J babies who just cannot get their heads out to greet the world?? Stubborn little tykes!

Funny sidenote re: Jacob Ryan..that is one of the names (first and middle) we were considering too, and it was hilarious to find that we both liked that combo. Anyone remember 16 Candles? JAKE RYAN...yep he was a super hottie. I am sure that KT''s little boy will live up to the hype on that coveted name!!

Lindsey...yay for 21 weeks!! I hear you re: the viability, but don''t worry, the kiddo is prob nice and comfy inside and doesn''t intend to go anywhere soon! Keeping fingers and toes crossed for you guys.

Kim... glad to hear things are continuing to progress nicely.

Burk..sorry that T is sick...hope that baby waits a few more days to greet the world as it will def be less stressful on MOM!

Ginger...girl you are NEXT!!!! I can''t wait to see G''Baby''s photo.

Can''t believe I''m officially joining this thread for the second time around!

I''m pregnant with baby #2!

We just found out last week through a blood test. DH and I are so happy and SHOCKED! It feels surreal! Even though we''ve been trying the last few months and my period was 3 weeks late, I really thought I wasn''t pregnant this time around because I had 5 negative pregnancy tests! Turns out I took them all too early. Finally, I decided to just go in for a blood test so I could definitely know if I was or wasn''t. I prepared myself for a negative and was completely shocked when I heard I was pregnant!

Not sure exactly how far along I am. I think 5 weeks. Apparently I ovulated 2-3 weeks after I thought I did. Didn''t even know it was possible to ovulate a month after your period and get pregnant! I''m shocked we got pregnant during a time we weren''t trying.

I''m really worried and terrified of having PTL again (I was on bed rest starting at 28 weeks with my son) after hearing about how LIA''s doc said that there''s a REALLY high risk and with a subsequent pregnancy, it usually happens earlier. Since I can''t do anything about it, I''m trying not to worry too much.

I just found out my 2nd beta level. 1st one was 159. 3 days later, it was at 756. It more than doubled! I hope nothing is wrong. I told them that I''ve been feeling cramps and asked if I could get an early u/s done. I really want to find out exactly how far along I am since going by my LMP is obviously wrong and just make sure my little bean is okay. No u/s scheduled but I am being seen by doctor this Wednesday to rule out ectopic pregnancy then hopefully get an u/s soon after. I am having some cramping but I know that''s normal so I''m trying not to worry much but the worrying starts the minute you learn you''re pregnant!

Any spare sticky dust you can send me is greatly appreciated!

p.s. Please don''t mention this on FB. I won''t be going public for a while.

Lindsey, what a beautiful photo. That site brought a tear to my eye. I am thinking of you and sending positive vibes and hugs your way!

Congrats again snlee. I am sure everything is just fine. Hope you have a great appointment Wed.

Lindsey - hope you get your IVIG tonight to set your mind at ease. How is it that others are having such crazy weather, and ours isn''t that bad in southwestern Ontario? I sure hope Andrew stays put for a good long time and doesn''t develop anemia too early on. I''ve seen some intrauterine transfusions during med school, and they went well. You certainly deserve to have a healthy child this time around after all you''ve been through!

KT - that''s some crazy amount of pushing! I don''t think I could do it... Congrats on your little beauty.

snlee - Congrats! At least it will be nice for you and LIA to commiserate with each other should you be unlucky enough to both get PTL again this time around. Hopefully not. I wonder if they''ll consider 17-P shots for you as well? Hope you get your ultrasound soon. I''d think a beta of 169 should be somewhere around the 15dpo mark if that helps. An early ultrasound at the 7-9 week mark should be done for dating though.

snlee- Congratulations lady!!!! I hope you get a u/s soon, to ease your mind. Welcome back!

Snlee-congrats!

HH-Have a great appt:-)

Lindsey-what a wonderful memorial to your little girl! Hope that you can get your treatment and aren''t stuck in the snow!

Congrats snlee!

congrats snlee!! i thought something was up when a few weeks ago you were mentioning being worried about PTL again. hopefully everything is a''ok, thinking positive thoughts!

now that we have one everyone is talking about when we have the OTHER ONE. i am like sorry this is an old child right here. my ovaries and body are too old to go through this again in 2-3 years hehe.

KT, congrats on Jacob''s arrival! He''s a cutie! Four hours of pushing, though? You deserve a medal for that!

Lindsey, Natalie''s picture is beautiful. What a lovely way to honor her! I totally got sucked into reading the photographer''s blog site, too.

Mara, lol about Jake Ryan! I had a mad crush on him as a teen. Jacob was on our original name short list, but we decided against it only because of the popularity of Twilight.

Snlee, congrats!! I''m sending lots of sticky vibes your way!

RPS...that is partially why we decided against it too, it''s very popular here. Julian took Greg a long time to like because there is no REAL great nickname for it but he came around. Also with the middle name, some of the family are calling him JD. But I do really like Jacob and Jake!! It''s manly for grownup, yet cute for baby.

Congrats MJT and KT! KT, love the name, my little man is just Jake, not Jacob but I liked Jacob too. And I love Ryan for a middle name too. My Jake has a family name as his middle so it''s not as studly as Jake Ryan is..hehe..

mara: there is Jake Ryan on Hannah Montana now too and he''s a heartthrob much like the Jake Ryan of our day with 16 candles! too funny.

Lindsey-good luck tonight. thinking of you and your little one...

Congrats snlee!!

Congratulations KT! I''m so happy for you!

Congratulations MTJ! Yay!

Congratulations to all the new mommies out there!

Has anyone ever tried the chinese gender calendar for prediciting a boy or girl?? I have a friend who said she used it on all of her 4 kids and everyone that she knows who has been pregnant and it has ALWAYS been right??? Just wondering if everyone had that same luck? I thought that was strange. But who knows??

jena, we just found out that we''re having a little girl which is what the chinese lunar calendar predicted, but I have to admit, I''m still a skeptic

Hi Jena, the Chinese gender calendar was correct for my first (predicted a boy, we got a boy) but incorrect for my second (predicted a girl, we are having another boy). So, I guess for us it was 50/50, which is the same accuracy as if you just guess, right?

Snlee, congrats on your pregnancy!

Lindsey, thanks for sharing Natalie''s beautiful memorial.

HUGE CONGRATS TO MJT AND KT!! so excited for you both!!! (and of course, i''m a little partial to Jacob as a name!!

)

SNLEE: I know i said it already on the toddler thread, but i''m just so excited for you!!! hopefully we will BOTH have easy-peasy pregnancies this time around. i''ll be very interested to hear what your ob has to say regarding PTL. i have a feeling that every OB has a different take on it...

on a totally unrelated and really sad note, i found out today that a close friend of mine (who has a son almost exactly coby''s age), had a miscarriage last week. she was due 4 days after me, and apparently had been carrying twins. she lost one of them about 3 weeks ago, and the second a few days ago. this was after seeing both heart beats at 7 weeks. she hadn''t really told a lot of people that she was pregnant (including me--just found out today when she told me about the m/c). i''d like to do something for her...any suggestions? i think she''s doing "ok," and is really really thankful for her son right now, but it''s tough (and i feel extra bad b/c our due dates would have been so close together). UGH!
