Chicago Movers

Does anyone here happen to have recommendations (or warnings) for Chicago area movers? Or just moving horror stories to keep me entertained and make me lose sleep?

I''m in Chicago but we''re hiring a bunch of my students to help us move. I''ll send out an email to local friends and get recommendations for you, though. I''ll post back when I have some info!

ARgh, I can''t remember the name of the company we used, it''s been 4 years...but they were great, very professional and efficient. I will see if DH remembers when he gets home later.

Recently, I used Kolovitz Movers. They were great! My family has used them multiple times as well.

I would recommend Arpin, Mayflower and Reebie (I think they''re also called something else).
