A couple of months ago, I posted in the Antique forum about a piece that got away. Well, last week I got a second chance and here she is!

She's got an estimated 1.45 ctw of super rustic little OMCs interspersed with bits of bright turquoise. This is a piece that I wouldn't normally choose for myself-I typically like jewelry that can take some wear and tear-but she's so pretty that I couldn't resist!

p.s. I haven't even cleaned her yet. I'm a little nervous tbh. If anyone has pointers, I'd love to hear them!

Thank you @LightBright! Unfortunately, I don't know much about the era-it was just sold as "Antique"-there are no hallmarks. It has a Victorian vibe to me.

Two and a half years ago, I attended my very first antique jewelry show, NY JAWS. I had just gotten my first old cut diamond (piggy bank was empty) and was just comparison shopping. It was not my intention to buy.

Of course, I found a gorgeous 5 ct graduated bezel set OEC bracelet. I really wanted it, but I was determined to be disciplined...Well, I didn’t buy the bracelet at the show and I found out it sold the next day. Since then, I have discovered that bezel set old cut diamond bracelets are hard to come by-especially the graduated ones.

Hi @kathley-the band is Deco. It's 2.5 mm at the top and tapers to 1.5 mm. Diamonds are early mrbs. This is the band that I stack with the most!

This IG dealer seems to have a steady stream of bands for decent prices.
