Loupe Troop Listings Hey ya'll, update on the co-op. We were offer accepted and reviewing offering plans waiting to sign when we got swiped out by an "all cash" buyer, fun times! So we're still looking and fundraising as much as possible. Everything in my LT listings is accurate, I'm open to offers on all!
 
We've been outbid by cash buyers TWICE (even with a full on mortgage commitment), I'm ready to let go of every and anything as we need to buy something stable. My oldest has severe ADHD and our current school district is working well for him, we don't want to leave. I'm going to update postings but nearly everything is still available and I'd rather not spend more on commission fees. Reach out and let's talk!
