As just a preference, I don''t care for pears, but I think this is a good buy if you do. I have dealt with Dave many times and he is one of my top dealers on ebay. Not so good a photographer, he doesn''t use photoshop, and the stones I received have always been better than the photo. 31 day return policy, 800 number, perfect Toolhaus record, low shipping.

Sorry, I was meaning to add this as comparison to above. This is a heated sapphire that has been teasing me for a while, saying buy me, buy me.....but I have learned to resist such sirens
