Lovely collection Lauren.

More new digicam photos.

I apologize in advance for the dreadful native cutting on these stones.

This one is my 7.32 carat cushion cuprian. Not as neon as the one on the prior page, and you can see the needles visible, which is unique to the Mozambique stones. The needles are not eye visible.

Here''s my 3 carat cuprian roval with a window. This one is again, not as neon as the one on the prior page. It has some grey to it.

TL,
Your cuprians look good; I can see why you bought them in spite of the bad cutting and inclusions. Your spess glows too.

Thanks for the kind words Chrono!!
Gemstone photography is so difficult, but hopefully my new digicam brought more realistic color out. It is still difficult to get the true color of my mint garnet. It''s really a more neon and much brighter green than the pictures show, with sparks of blue coming out of it.

TL, I adore your cuprians, and have been on the lookout for a niceliy coloured one, but using your pics as a guide, I haven''t find anything that jumps at me as any of yours.

I know I''ll find the right one someday, and I''m loving seeing all of your huge pics of yours!

Thank you Lauren.
That''s so sweet of you. I appreciate the kind words.

WOW TL and Lauren. THANK you for sharing your collections. Great new photos TL, good camera. Love the Mali and Rubalite (sp?) rings you have as well as the Cuprians.

Lauren your taste is just perfect, love all of your rings.

TFS!

Not wanting to give up on capturing the orange with the new digicam. The prongs block out the light, so it''s difficult to see the faceting, but this one pic give you an idea outside in indirect sunlight. I made up my mind to reset this stone.

One more, this reminds me of lava because it''s blurry. Okay, no more pics of the spess, I promise!!

Grossurlarite Mint Garnet from PrecisionGems.

Picture just doen''t do it justice. It''s so lovely in real life and sparkles! The cut is the absolute best.
